References must be provided, such as photos or other art. If you wish for a character idea to be done completely from scratch with nothing for me to go off of the total cost is +25%.

Please be specific with what you want in terms of posing, clothing, age, etc when you are filling out the commission form. Be sure to include any key details that are important to you.

DO NOT give lengthy paragraphs of superfluous information. Useful details and info on the characters design only please.

Prices are in USD and will be payed through paypal invoice.

I will start on the commission once I've received 50% of full payment.

You may change to a higher payment tier with more detail at any time, simply pay the cost difference. (Once I agree to do it.)

Commissions are not first-come-first-serve. I will inform you if I have agreed to take up your commission.

You will receive updates/sketches for feedback/revisions. No major revisions will be done after the final sketch.

I will allow small changes/fixes after completion if necessary.

I do not take rush orders. The piece will be done when it's done.

I can give extra progress updates if needed, but please do not message me constantly asking if it's completed yet.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself within any place or website and display or post it wherever I so choose.

The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless commercial rights are agreed upon and I'm compensated appropriately.

The commissioner can print the art and claim the right to the character(s) but not the drawing itself.

The commissioner can use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If anything related to the artwork occurs which constitutes Copyright Infringement in any way, every right the commissioner had to the drawing will be retracted.

Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my consent.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (As in, making money from it in any way.)

A purchase of Commercial Rights to the artwork will always be +200% of original calculated price.

With Commercial Rights you are allowed to make any kind of merch with the artwork such as book covers, posters, props, stickers, etc. You may also change it to your liking and promote your brand with it.

You may not use the art for anything NFT or crypto-related.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason. I am not required to provide a reason for said commission denial.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.

If the first half of payment has not been sent yet, the commissioner then has the right to cancel the commission.
